Incredible services! Currys told me it'd be a £400 repair job for a laptop that I'd only had for 2 months (and that I'd have to pay it myself). These guys fixed it in a few hours for £24!!What more can be said? Honesty goes a long way and by charging a reasonable and fair price, it's a safe bet that they will be my first 'go to' in times of tech trouble next time!

Called in with my Nephews kindle, he had managed to snap his hedphone plug into the headphone socket 🤦‍♀️ upgraded IT had a look over it and said let me see what I can do, 10 mins later the plug was out and the kindle was back to working how it should be. Wow what can I say just taken my lap top in as the key board stopped working and was told it would cost a fortune to repair buy other companies so bought a new one, these lads opened the back of the computer and touched a cable and hey presto its is back working and they haven't charged me either wish I had gone to these first as I didn't need a new computer I now have 2.

Took my daughter's laptop in to be repaired. There's plenty for sale and tons of 'advice' & videos on the internet BUT I chose the safe route and rang Upgraded IT. Tom was really helpful and offered to do it whilst I waited. No posting and and No risk. Rowan did the work quickly and professionally (whilst I watched) and in no time at all I was on my way.
Why risk breaking your phone or loss of personal data etc for a few pounds extra.

What a company, I destroyed the wife's laptop on holiday and took it to the guys to fix if at all possible knowing I had badly blown it up. They tried there best to fix it but was beyond salvageable. I would give them 10* if possible! Tom and his team at Upgraded IT are absolute experts in their field and the service is exceptional! I came to them after my existing business' system suffered a major fault, potentially resulting in data loss! Upgraded IT not only repaired the system from the ground up, but remapped its functionality to make it faster for my workflow, and more user friendly for my staff! I also received a follow-up call where I was walked through the process of reconnecting the system back at my office - which was my preferred method over a call out - a service which they also offer. Aside from large jobs like these, they undertake all manner of repairs (big and small) as well as custom IT solutions and PC builds. So happy to have come across these guys, I won't go anywhere else in the future! Even if you're not in the Huddersfield area I would suggest travelling out of your way to let these guys deal with it - expert service!

I contacted Upgraded IT out of hours about an iPad which has a broken charger stuck in the charging port and got a super quick response from Tom advising to bring it down whenever and if they could get it out without having to replace the port there would be no cost.I popped in this afternoon, staff were friendly and helpful and after a few attempts and as many pairs of bent tweezers (sorry!) it was sorted. True to their word and despite my asking they wouldn’t take any payment either.I will be going to them for any future issues or repairs.

Just called to get some advice on my laptop that I had spilled a cocktail over, and the guy I spoke to was super helpful and honest with me.Told me he could definitely repair it but it likely wouldn’t be worth it as it was a 2015 mac air and would likely be cheaper/more economical to just buy a new one outright.I appreciated his honesty and his advice - nice to have someone genuinely wanting to help rather than just take your money.Cheers
